We’re committed to ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth, transparent, and delightful shopping experience — whether you’re purchasing a digital crochet pattern (instant download) or a handmade crochet creation made with care.

1. Digital Crochet Patterns (Instant Download)

Once your payment is successfully processed, your digital pattern(s) will be available for immediate download. You’ll receive an email with a secure download link right after completing your purchase.
If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Customers with a registered account can also find their files anytime under My Account → Downloads.

All crochet patterns are delivered in PDF format, compatible with most devices including computers, tablets, and smartphones.
If a pattern includes additional file types or bonus materials, these will be clearly listed on the product page.

💡 Tip: We recommend saving your pattern files promptly after downloading to avoid expiration or download limit issues.

2. Handmade & Physical Crochet Items

While FiberBlooms mainly offers digital products, we occasionally feature handmade physical crochet pieces.
For these items:

Processing time: Usually 3–5 business days before shipment.
Shipping confirmation: A tracking number will be sent once your order ships.
Delivery time: Depends on your destination and chosen shipping method.

3. Returns, Refunds & Delivery Issues

Because digital files are non-returnable and delivered instantly, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase is complete.
However, if you experience any of the following:

You didn’t receive your download link,
The file is corrupted or inaccessible, or
The pattern contains a significant error affecting usability,

please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@fiberblooms.com.
We’ll promptly resolve the issue by providing a replacement file or, in some cases, a refund.

🧶 All refund requests for digital patterns are handled individually and thoughtfully, to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
